Ingredients:-
# 1 glass drinking water (240ml)
# 2 teaspoons lemon juice (medium-sized half lemon)
# 2 teaspoons organic honey (preferably raw)
Makes 1 serving
Method:-
- Boil one glass of drinking water in a steel utensil on a medium flame for two minutes until it becomes lukewarm.
- Put two teaspoons of lemon juice in that water.
- Lastly, add two teaspoons of organic honey to that water.
- Stir the mixture well until the honey dissolves fully.
- Pour the mixture into a glass.
Tip:-
Enjoy this health drink early morning on an empty stomach to get best results.
