Lemon Honey Water Drink

# 1 glass drinking water (240ml)
# 2 teaspoons lemon juice (medium-sized half lemon)
# 2 teaspoons organic honey (preferably raw)

Makes 1 serving


  1. Boil one glass of drinking water in a steel utensil on a medium flame for two minutes until it becomes lukewarm.
  2. Put two teaspoons of lemon juice in that water.
  3. Lastly, add two teaspoons of organic honey to that water.
  4. Stir the mixture well until the honey dissolves fully.
  5. Pour the mixture into a glass.

Enjoy this health drink early morning on an empty stomach to get best results.
